I’m very fussy about improvements on my beloved 122-year-old home and I was hesitant to buy something so inexpensive but I wanted absolute minimalist black and the reviews convinced me! I’m VERY happy with the outcome- the water pressure is great, it looks elegant and dare I say it even looks EXPENSIVE!!? It definitely could be MISTAKEN for expensive! Oh and customer service was fantastic! A piece broke on the install and they sent it out no questions asked in two days! VERY happy!!!!I REALLY love this shower head set! The packaging it came was a good indication of the quality of the product. Everything was packed so neatly and they even included the white gloves.The pressure on both is good. The gold finish looked better than what I had expected because it was different than what I had seen in stores when I was shopping around.It was professionally installed so I can't comment on that. All I know is my contractors didn't mention any issues when doing the job.Highly recommend this product!1 year later, and we love it! The quality and the price ??A little less than two years ago we had a bathroom renovation and we chose this system because of the reasonable price. We could not be more happy with our decision. The System works great and looks fantastic. In addition, we had a small issue with the showerhead about a month ago and without hesitation a new showerhead was sent to us. Not only was a new showerhead sent it was also upgraded to the latest version. We could not be more happy and we are now customers for life.Really happy with the shower. It feels amazing and their customer server was amazingLove this system!. It definitely adds a hint of elegance to my newly remodeled bathroom.Had to scroll through the Q&A to find out how to adjust the hot water control. I’m grateful a video was posted there. The manufacturer should add it to their YouTube channel.Had our plumber son install this in a new build. At first, the instructions were a little confusing but, after contacting Gabrlly, we received great information that made more sense and he was able to get it installed. It works great, no leaks and the flow of water from the head is amazing - given my doubt that it could produce enough force to rinse off! We wanted to be able to fully control the hot and cold amounts, so he opened the supply screw all the way. You DO, however, have the ability to control the "heat" allowed by screwing in the hot supply on the valve system if desired.Since it was a new build we installed the shower head directly above in the ceiling since we have a vertical limit with the ceiling in the room. The included escutcheon plate is thick enough to hide the pipe that connects the head to the connector in the ceiling (see photo).We would definitely buy this product again and may do so soon since we are doing another shower soon.Plumber installed it and stated the valve cartridge was defective causing the poor pressure. Otherwise I love the look but hope the water pressure issue can be resolved.
