Seems to give restful atmosphereBeing new to "herbal" remedies, I was unsure and called the company. They recommended a general dosage amount, and were very helpful with other questions. This product seems to be working for my breathing situation along with exercise and fresh air. I hope to eliminate the icky, expensive breathing medicine for a time yet.Really works great!I do not think that this product is made of pure Al-Saad oil, The color and smell do not match the specifications of Al-Saad crude oil! I think it is made from different oils. The smell is not goodAfter receiving this it smells, looks and feels more like olive oil. One another website it shows the same brand oil and they too mention it is "cut" with olive oil. If that is the case then I'm not sure how it can be marketed as 100% Costus Root?I've been using on my hands at the end of the day to see if it will help with the pain but I haven't noticed a difference yet. Snake oil? I'm not sure....but Costus Root in a pure form does work wonders.I apply it in gloves since it gives a little burn. Leave it on my scalp (on 2nd day hair) for 15-20 min and proceed with my hair wash routine. after 3 weeks of using it 2X a week I already see baby hair growing.Love it. Always takes away a "wrinkle" and makes you smile … excellent scent, and perhaps some therapeutic effect as well. Pour ma part je suis tellement déçue je n'ai vue aucune amélioration hormis cette odeur légère de sauce à base d'ail et je vais me répéter mais la consistance ressemble plus à de l'huile mélangée dans beaucoup d'eau.
