Although I have just installed, I am impressed with the look and operation of this shower faucet. Seems to be designed with good quality and parts and it looks great; although, final inspections may be lacking. I did disassemble everything I could prior to installing and found casting debris inside the check valves (2 screw adjustments in main valve body). Recommend all do same as the one piece of debris I found was a round thin piece of brass (about 3/16th of an inch) that would have blocked flow. Initial tests now show all works well. I saw some reviews about the diverter being wrong, but that seems to installation error as knob needs to be placed correctly upon installation and directions aren’t entirely clear about this. Also, greatly consider how much you want this faucet set into the wall. There is a recommendation in the instructions, but I set it more shallow leaving more outside the shower wall. I went beyond recommended amount for quarter inch tile with mortar at 3/8 and it was close but worked. Leave more outside the wall as the plastic housing holding the faucet can easily be cut back later. Overall, great faucet of heavy metal materials and mechanically well designed with great modern look. If you're willing to take some time to inspect and take extra measurements and pre planning time, this faucet is a bargain.
