I have not tested this in a lab, but I've been using essential oils for 35 years, and I'm very sensitive to chemical fragrances. To my nose this does not smell like a pure "absolut" essential oil.It does smell like honeysuckle, to a certain extent (maybe 30-40%). But there is also some other scent mixed into it, which is "heavy" and "perfumey" and not like the delicate scent profile of a true flower oil.I have honeysuckle growing in my yard that blooms all summer, and this is not that, unfortunately.
